Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in Culinary Arts, located in Bangalore. The Lecturer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality culinary courses, conducting practical and theoretical classes, and mentoring students in developing their culinary skills. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest cooking techniques, creating an engaging learning environment, and adhering to academic and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Culinary Techniques, Food Preparation, and Recipe Development
  • Ability to Develop and Deliver Educational Content for Culinary Arts
  • Strong Communication, Mentoring Skills, and Class Management Abilities
  • Understanding of Food Safety, Hygiene Regulations, and Industry Best Practices
  • Relevant academic background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or Related Field
  • Experience in professional kitchens and a passion for culinary education
  • Certifications in Culinary Arts or related professional qualifications are an advantage
