Role Overview: The Lecturer will play a key role in preparing students for careers in sales and marketing by focusing on practical applications, industry exposure, and skill development. This position emphasizes experiential learning, corporate collaborations, and preparing students to meet business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practice-oriented courses in Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Retail Management.
• Develop industry partnerships for student internships, projects, and placements.
• Organize workshops, marketing fests, and entrepreneurship activities.
• Guide students in sales simulations, negotiation exercises, and case competitions.
• Support departmental initiatives and contribute to the college’s industry engagement agenda.

Qualifications: Master’s in Marketing/Business/Management, professional certifications (Digital Marketing, Sales Management) desirable, strong industry exposure and teaching ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
