Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Sales Team Leader located in Noida. The Leasing Sales Team Leader will manage and lead the leasing sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high. The role involves overseeing daily leasing activities, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The Team Leader will also be responsible for team training, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement of sales processes.
