Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential retail brands and tenants across categories.

Lead end-to-end leasing process from lead generation to negotiation and closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, IPCs, and brokers

Prepare and track leasing documentation, LOIs, and lease agreements

Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to ensure optimal tenant mix

Achieve leasing targets as per project timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in retail/mall leasing

Excellent negotiation & communication skills

Strong industry network and brand connect

Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
