Leasing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, and positive customer experience.

You will use your networking skills, market knowledge, and negotiation expertise to achieve sales goals and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct consultations to determine client preferences, financial abilities, and investment objectives.
• Manage property listings, including photographing, staging, and creating compelling descriptions.
• Ensure listings are updated across multiple platforms, including online portals and social media.
• Conduct property showings and site visits.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best terms for clients.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase agreements and other documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
