1. Key skill set: Credit analysis of asset lease deals, Balance sheet, cash-flow analysis & viability analysis. Industry & asset knowledge of Commercial Vehicle, Construction & Industrial P&M.
2. Credit Underwriting: Understanding of corporate & SME financials, business model, ratio analysis, projection analysis & customer visit for business understanding & query resolution
3. Disbursement: Co-ordination with zonal offices for disbursement. Checking & scrutiny of all the post sanction & disbursal documents
4. Operations: Managing operations & disbursement of lease deals. Monitoring of post sanction & disbursement documents, asset verification through external agency
5. MIS: Preparing and maintain MIS Reports, management of sanctioned & utilized limits, intimation of dues & collection, Income, Expense, GST & depreciation MIS management. Co-ordination with Tax & Finance teams internally for submission of requirements
6. Passing of necessary JV & entries in the system, submission of relevant data to other stake holders like taxation, Finance & auditors etc.,
