Learning Senior Advisor - TSI

Role Overview: As a member of bp Technical Solutions India (TSI) centre in Pune, you will be contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to bp's hydrocarbons and new energy businesses worldwide. Your role will involve maintaining standards, procedures, and tools associated with the delivery of OMS 2.4, as well as supporting continuous improvement activities to streamline bp's approach. Additionally, you will facilitate organizational learning processes, develop learning capabilities, and coordinate incident investigation activities to enhance organizational learning effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain standards, procedures, guides, templates, and tools for OMS 2.4 delivery - Support the development and continuous improvement of OMS 2.4 delivery approach - Develop and analyze metrics to evaluate the system health of OMS 2.4 within bp entities - Facilitate the development and embedding of learnings throughout bp - Support sub-entity organizational learning activities and effectiveness evaluation - Develop and communicate an organizational learning framework - Enhance organizational learning skills and competency - Collaborate with external organizations and industry peers to share feedback and new initiatives - Analyze metrics to evaluate learning opportunities within bp entities - Provide oversight to LENS and guide improvement requirements - Mentor, coach, and guide business-based investigators - Support investigation activities to develop investigation capability and compliance with OMS 4.4 implementation Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree - Minimum 12 years of relevant experience - Deep understanding of organizational learning practices and bps OMS Framework - Multi-disciplined experiences in HSE&C, operations, and engineering - General understanding of Process and Operational Safety concepts, Risk Management, and Lifesaving rules - Knowledge of HSE practices, procedures, hazards identification, and safety program delivery challenges - Deep understanding of bp's businesses and organizational learning requirements - Desire for continuous improvement and process integration - Effective communication and time management skills - Ability to work independently, present an unbiased view, and manage UK/US shifts Additional Company Details: At bp, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a diverse and inclusive environment.
