As a HSE&C Performance and Change Management advisor at bp Technical Solutions India (TSI) in Pune, your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth transitions when implementing new or improved HSE&C related processes, policies, or systems across business units. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Health Safety Environment with preferred experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. You must also hold certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Change Management Professional. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in change management, project management, or related fields is required. Key skills for this role include strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, experience in creating communication plans for different audiences, working in an agile environment, analytical skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, flexibility in changing priorities, developing change timelines, managing resources effectively, and expertise in using change management tools.
