What would you do? Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and external vendors to ensure availability and timely delivery of training sessions. Book and manage training venues, facilities, and necessary equipment Manage and update the organization s LMS, including course setup, user enrollment, and tracking of training completion Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries from employees Communicate training schedules, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly.Talent Development processEnsure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.
