Position: Learning Mentor

Are you someone who enjoys working closely with students to help them grow and succeed? We’re looking for compassionate and committed Learning Mentors who can guide learners, build strong relationships, and support them through both academic and personal challenges.

About the Role

As a Learning Mentor, you’ll be a steady presence in a student’s academic journey—encouraging them, monitoring their progress, and working with teachers and families to ensure they receive the support they need to thrive.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement & Mentorship

• Build trust and rapport with students to encourage confidence and motivation.
• Support students in day-to-day learning and overall well-being.
• Help coordinate enrichment activities that contribute to personal growth.

Academic Support

• Monitor academic performance and identify students needing extra help.
• Assist in assessments and offer targeted academic support.
• Collaborate with faculty to create personalized learning strategies.

Family Communication

• Keep parents informed about student progress and concerns.
• Take part in parent meetings and planning discussions.
• Offer practical guidance for supporting learning at home.

Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain clear records of attendance, academic status, and behavioral notes.
• Use educational tools and systems to track student data and outcomes.
• Share insights that help improve support strategies for learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
