TaskUs is looking for Learning Experience Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Curriculum Design and Development:Lead the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective learning programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that aligns with organizational goals Learning Technology Management:Oversee the selection and management of learning platforms and technologies Stay informed about emerging trends in learning technology to enhance the learning experience Needs Analysis:Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and performance outcomes Facilitation and Training:Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels Coach and mentor facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of learning programs Evaluation and Feedback:Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve programs Learning Experience Design:Design innovative and learner-centric experiences that leverage various learning modalities Incorporate multimedia, simulations, and interactive elements into learning content Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts:Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Build and maintain strong partnerships to enhance learning initiatives Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for learning initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
