You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s.the process by which an enterprise gathers, organizes, shares and analyzes its knowledge in a way that is easily accessible to employeesIn Knowledge Management Strategy & Design you will be in the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization. It refers to a multidisciplinary approach to achieving organizational objectives by making the best use of knowledge. Also includes identification of client business needs and map to knowledge management capabilities, assess current state and create roadmap for adding future people, process and technology KM capabilities. What are we looking for? Collabarate with the Stake Holders, understand the requirement and act as a single point of contact for Knowledge Management support for an HR Outsourced process for process improvement. Maintaining the knowledge management system or platform (ServiceNow). Thoroughly understands the Knowledge Management Cycle:Draft, Review, Publish and Retire Must be familiar with the Servicenow Case Management and manage IT service requests, incidents, and problems. Must be sound with Knowledge Utilization and ServiceNow reporting function. Provide regular updates on task progress, issues, and risks to project managers and senior managers, and proactively identify solutions to address challenges.Contribute to project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization. Knowledge Management Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design ServiceNow Advanced Workflows Collaboration and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under pressure Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
