Design, and execution of L&D programs as Resource Algorithm’s customer requirements. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development
Create high-quality, engaging learning content, toolkits, and training materials tailored to Customer needs.
Ensure learning materials are aligned with adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions, workshops.
Define key learning metrics to measure the impact of L&D programs (NPS, training completion rates, post-training effectiveness).
6. Learning Technology & Digital Innovation
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong background in corporate training, content development, and leadership development programs.
Skills & Competencies:
✅ Training Facilitation & Public Speaking – Ability to deliver engaging, interactive sessions.
✅ Content Development & Instructional Design – Creating high-impact learning materials.
✅ Learning Analytics & ROI Measurement – Using data to improve learning effectiveness.
