Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and development of our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing and coordinating training programs, creating training materials utilizing AI technologies, and scheduling engaging training sessions. You will be responsible for managing the calendar for Learning and Development activities, evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, and maintaining detailed training records while preparing insightful reports. Collaboration with department heads to ensure the seamless delivery of training programs will be a key aspect of your role. Staying abreast of the latest trends in employee development and facilitating interactive training sessions and workshops will be integral to your success. You will provide continuous support and guidance to employees throughout their training journey, monitoring their progress and assessing their development. Ensuring compliance with training regulations and standards, as well as coordinating with external training providers, will be essential tasks. Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization and supporting the onboarding process for new employees are additional responsibilities that you will undertake. Your role will also involve leveraging your strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and AI to enhance the learning experience for our employees. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, and expertise in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning software, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are critical competencies required for this position. Your dedication to continuous learning and professional development, along with your ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure, will be highly valued. Additionally, experience in a corporate environment and certification in training and development are advantageous.
