Learning Coordination Specialist

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Work with internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, suppliers)
• Secure venues, catering, and other necessary resources, providing support for learning events on a global scale.
• Manage registrations and learning license allocations in various learning systems, both internal and external.
• Submit and validate training requests in the training requests tools.
• Oversee event setup and logistics, country specific requirements for internal and external venues.
• Provide flexible support across different time zones, ensuring smooth coordination and assistance for learning events worldwide.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with learning management systems.
• A working knowledge of Cornerstone on Demand is highly preferred.
• Able to operate effectively in virtual teams.
• Able to work on multiple projects parallel while maintaining priorities.
• Able to work independently.
• Demonstrate high rigor in execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
• Has basic project management skills.
• Maintains high levels of customer excellence.
