Learning and Talent HR Solution Design Delivery Lead

As a Learning and Talent HR Solution Design Delivery Lead at HSBC in Hyderabad, your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating on and maintaining the Learning and Talent Architecture, including LMS (Learning Management System) Degreed and Gloat and SuccessFactors, aligned with the Learning and Talent strategy and Human Resource Future State Architecture. - Embedding HR Service Design principles and process architecture aligned with the HR functional strategy and its current implementation. - Ensuring compliance with HR Transformation Change Governance and Data Governance. - Coordinating with Strategic counterparts, other HR, and HR IT stakeholders to ensure new and changed solutions are optimal and implications are fully understood before deployment. - Facilitating SaaS vendors systems releases and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to influence product strategies aligned with HSBC's interests. - Proactively identifying opportunities aligned with the HR strategy, leveraging enabling technologies, and driving learning engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - 12+ years of experience in business architecture, process analysis, or a related role within the learning and talent management domain. - Working in a Global environment with familiarity of standard HR Service Delivery Model, Service Management, Change Management, and HR Transformation Changes. - Strong understanding of learning and talent management systems and applications, with proficiency in process mapping and data flow analysis tools. - Experience with central governance frameworks and practices, data privacy, and security regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to act as a liaison conveying information accurately between HR and IT.
