Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems, target audiences, and learning needs. Your responsibilities will include developing learning objectives for the proposed learning solution based on these insights. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with the client team to determine the solution approach, design, and implementation phases. - Create training materials that align with the clients" business requirements within the overall learning solution design. - Assist the Functional Manager in defining Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project and gaining client buy-in. - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop a comprehensive training curriculum. - Generate high-level and detailed content outlines according to the curriculum. - Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solution. - Review training deliverables to ensure quality standards compliance and alignment with project parameters and industry best practices. - Provide clear and constructive feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to create effective training deliverables. - Ensure project productivity targets are met according to the project plans. - Identify and communicate project risks to Project Leads/Functional Manager and propose potential solutions or mitigations. - Contribute to the learning process of users/client organizations. - Brief and coach instructional designers and content developers for materials preparation in workshops and training programs. - Identify opportunities for integrating new and innovative learning strategies into the solution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field. - Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery. - Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in using instructional design tools and technologies.
