Learner Success & Support Associate (French)

Job Description:

This is not a generic support role — our product is a teacher enabler, designed to support teachers in class while helping learners practice more effectively. You’ll be the main point of contact for teachers, supporting them from onboarding to delivery, while also guiding learners, tracking progress, and sharing insights that improve the overall experience. With strong English and French skills, you’ll bridge communication between our sales, product, and teaching teams.

The role involves:

1. Support learners with their journey

· Be the first point of contact when students face issues (login, payments, or using features in the app).

· Listen with patience and guide them clearly.

2. Track learner progress.

· Monitor performance through dashboards and simple reports.

· Flag when learners may be struggling and share updates with the team.

3. Collect and share feedback.

· Speak with learners and teachers about their experience.

· Record suggestions and pass them on so the product keeps improving.

4. Be the main contact for teachers.

· Work with sales teams to onboard new teachers smoothly.

· Support teachers throughout delivery, answering their questions and ensuring they feel confident using the platform.

· Share updates on learner progress and provide resources that help teachers succeed.

5. Build helpful resources.

· Create FAQs, “how-to” notes, and quick instructions to make the app easier to use.

· Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Google Docs, or any simple design/writing tool to create clear, easy-to-follow guides.

6. Travel occasionally when needed.

· Visit partner schools or teachers to understand their needs better and strengthen relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
