Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Lean ZED Scheme Consultant located in Noida. The Lean ZED Scheme Consultant will be responsible for implementing lean management principles, achieving operational excellence, and providing consulting and coaching to improve processes. The consultant will work directly with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies, and ensure successful project completion aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Should be ZED certified Consultant

• Experience in Lean Management and Operational Excellence
• Skills in Consulting, Coaching, and Management Consulting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the technology and survey industry is a plus
