Your qualifications should encompass Lean Management and Lean Tools skills, experience in Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence, training and coaching capabilities for diverse teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and certification as a Lean or Six Sigma professional.
