Leads Research and Generation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Leads Researcher and Generator to join our dynamic team. You should have a proven track record of at least 2-3 years in researching, generating, and qualifying leads, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and engagement. As a self-starter, you will play a crucial role in crafting qualified leads, aiding in the development of marketing campaigns, supporting the sales pipeline, and assisting the sales team in strategies to elevate our brand presence. This is a hybrid work position, providing flexibility to work mostly from home. Responsibilities include generating leads via emails, research and maintenance of the lead generation database, conducting customer research, participating in proposal and/or sales presentation preparation, providing accurate and timely information to management, developing a strong knowledge of the company's products and services, updating the company on upcoming events at targeted organizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams for cohesive messaging and brand consistency, and staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to bring innovative ideas to the team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, experience with research and maintaining databases, proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience in using CRM, strong organization and time management skills, experience working with Western companies (preferred), self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and 3-4 years of experience in Lead Generation.
