Graphic and Multimedia Designer

As an experienced, creative, and passionate graphic designer, your role at Piql and the Arctic World Archive will involve creating, developing, and producing a wide range of marketing materials, documents, and videos for both brands. You will be responsible for designing document templates, presentations, brochures, banners, stands for events, video intros and outros, social media content, and web/email communications. Your designs should align with our brand guidelines and enhance our brand identity to make us stand out in the market. Additionally, you will collaborate with our business partners to assist them in designing localized brochures while ensuring adherence to our design standards. You will report to the design manager but will work closely with the sales team, communication team, and product management to meet their requirements and incorporate their feedback into your work. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum 5 years of hands-on design experience, including UI/UX, visual, and graphic design - Understanding of the importance of design in building brand excitement and trust - Interest in technology, especially information and communication technology - Proficiency in implementing psychology-design concepts - Portfolio demonstrating excellence in user experience and visual design - Advanced proficiency in oral and written English Desired Qualifications: - Experience in creating videos and animations - Familiarity with UI/UX design - Proficiency in languages like Norwegian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German Key Responsibilities: - Designing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, banners, and video content - Collaborating with business partners to create localized design assets - Following design guidelines to maintain brand identity - Liaising with sales, communication, and product teams for input and feedback Computer Skills: Minimum: - 3+ years of experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve - 3+ years of experience in Adobe After Effects, Apple Motion - 3+ years of experience in Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher Preferred: - Highly skilled in Figma - Previous experience with Sketch (by Sketch BV) Additional Details: - Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Benefits: Food provided, Paid time off, Work from home - Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred) - Work Location: In person Application Question: Should be skilled in InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Apple Motion with 3+ years of experience.
