As part of our expansion and growth journey at Jindal Aluminium Ltd., we are seeking seasoned professionals at senior leadership levels (AGM & above) to drive efficiency, quality, and transformation across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the respective function (Production / Quality / Engineering / Foundry).
• Lead large teams to achieve production, quality, maintenance, or engineering objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environment, and compliance standards across operations.
• Implement advanced practices in aluminium extrusion, FRP, foundry, or engineering maintenance to enhance plant performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Planning, Supply Chain, Projects) to deliver high-quality output and meet customer requirements.
• Mentor and develop next-line leadership talent within the function.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of targets for quality, delivery, efficiency, and reliability.
• Support technology upgrades, plant modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Actively contribute to strategic business decisions and continuous improvement culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering (preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1525 years

  in Aluminium Extrusion / Rolling / Foundry / Engineering / relevant Metal industry with proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in operations, process control, maintenance, or quality depending on the domain.
• Demonstrated capability in leading large teams, managing complex operations, and delivering business results.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing practices, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and ISO/IMS standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive transformation and change management in a competitive manufacturing environment.
