Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sr manager/Director-level and above roles
• Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines
• Influence senior stakeholders and hiring decisions
• Translate business needs into compelling job narratives
• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences
