As a WordPress Development Lead, your role involves managing and leading projects related to WordPress development. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and managing WordPress development projects, including custom themes and plugin development. - Overseeing and executing HTML to WordPress conversion with responsive and pixel-perfect implementation. - Integrating React.js components within WordPress environments for enhanced interactivity. - Utilizing Node.js for tooling, automation, and third-party integrations. - Collaborating with design, content, and backend teams to deliver high-performance, SEO-friendly websites. - Conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and managing technical documentation. - Guiding and mentoring junior developers and supporting project delivery from planning to deployment. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Strong experience with WordPress, particularly in custom theme & plugin development. - Proficiency in converting HTML/CSS/JS websites to WordPress CMS. - Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js. - Strong knowledge of PHP, REST APIs, and MySQL. - Familiarity with modern development tools such as Git, Webpack, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively.
