Job Description

Role:

We re looking for a seasoned video editor & trainer who can teach, mentor, and inspire students equipping them with both technical and creative skills to excel in the real industry.

Key responsibilities:

Teach a structured 3 6 month program (in-person) at Praper s office.
Deliver 2-hour daily sessions (Mon Fri) and guide students in practical lab hours.
Cover software mastery: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Integrate AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Freepik, ElevenLabs, Descript, and Adobe Podcast.
Teach both creator-focused and brand-focused editing approaches.
Mentor students on soft skills, workflows, and real-world client handling.
Provide feedback on assignments and final projects.

What We re Looking For:

4-5+ years of professional editing experience (creator content, ads, or films).
Deep knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and industry workflows.
Understanding of current trends in video editing and content marketing.
Prior teaching/training experience OR strong ability to break down concepts.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
