Job Description

Overview:

Titan, a leading accessories company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - Vendor Plating & PED to join our team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plating and PED processes, as well as experience managing vendors and suppliers. This is a full-time position within our Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all plating and PED processes for our accessories products

- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards

- Develop and implement new plating and PED techniques to improve product quality and efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to plating and PED

- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

- Train and mentor team members on plating and PED processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plating and PED technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plating and PED processes

- Experience managing vendors and suppliers

- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Additional Parameters:

- Experience in the accessories industry is preferred

- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus

- Willingness to travel for vendor visits and industry events

- Fluency in Tamil is a plus
