Overview:

Titan, a leading accessories company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - Vendor Plating & PED to join our team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plating and PED processes, as well as experience managing vendors and suppliers. This is a full-time position within our Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plating and PED processes for our accessories products
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards
• Develop and implement new plating and PED techniques to improve product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to plating and PED
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Train and mentor team members on plating and PED processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plating and PED technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plating and PED processes
• Experience managing vendors and suppliers
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in the accessories industry is preferred
• Knowledge of CAD software is a plus
• Willingness to travel for vendor visits and industry events
• Fluency in Tamil is a plus
