Lead UX Designer

Design Leadership and Strategy:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and design teams to align UX goals with business objectives.
  

• Define and communicate a clear design direction, ensuring alignment across all design initiatives.
  

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for design improvement and proposing strategic design solutions.
  

• Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive user research efforts to uncover user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  

• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that drive design decisions and improvements.
  

• Foster a user-centric design culture by advocating for continuous research and empathy-driven practices.
  

Information Architecture, Wireframing, and Prototyping:

• Develop intuitive information architectures that optimize content organization and navigation.
  

• Craft intricate user flows and task sequences that enhance user engagement and ease of use.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between user journeys and product features.
  

• Lead the creation of low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  

• Iterate design solutions based on user feedback, business requirements, and technological constraints.
  

• Maintain consistency and cohesiveness across various design deliverables to ensure a seamless user experience.
  

Usability Testing, Design System, and Inclusivity:

• Plan and oversee user testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather actionable feedback.
  

• Systematically analyze usability test results to identify areas of improvement and iterate on designs accordingly.
  

• Promote a data-driven design approach by leveraging user insights to inform design enhancements.
  

• Lead the evolution and maintenance of the design system, ensuring its scalability and consistency.
  

• Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among design teams, mentoring junior designers.
  

• Collaborate with developers and engineers to facilitate a smooth design-to-development handoff.
  

• Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices, adhering to WCAG guidelines (A, AA, AAA).
  

• Ensure that designs cater to diverse user needs and experiences, promoting inclusivity in all aspects of design.
  

• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain a high level of design excellence.
