Key Responsibilities:

• OSP Deployment & Delivery:

• Manage end-to-end

  OSP (Outside Plant)

  deployment processes ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Lead efforts for

  NC (Network Closure)

  and

  DLP (Defects Liability Period)

  management to ensure project completion meets all standards.
• Oversee

  IP-1 OSP delivery

  , ensuring all milestones and timelines are met.

• Partner Management & Sourcing:

• Evaluate and manage relationships with

  OSP partners

  to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Collaborate with the

  Sourcing Team

  to facilitate partner onboarding and conduct partner evaluations.

• Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Lead and manage a team of

  10+ Team Leads (TLs)

  and

  Circle Coordinators

  , driving alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure that the team delivers on project objectives, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

• Task & Goal-Oriented Execution:

• Be highly task-oriented, ensuring that all deployment projects are completed within deadlines and achieve set goals.
  

• Technology & Transport Expertise:

• Apply your in-depth knowledge of

  SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy)

  ,

  OTN (Optical Transport Network)

  ,

  CEN (Carrier Ethernet Network)

  , and

  OLT (Optical Line Termination)

  to ensure effective deployment and troubleshooting.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with

  NOC (Network Operations Center)

  ,

  Operations

  , and

  Planning

  teams to ensure smooth execution and proper coordination between teams.

• Migrations & Upgrades Management:

• Lead and manage complex network migrations and upgrades, including

  ring splitting

  ,

  transport equipment swaps

  , and

  capacity upgrades

  .

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  OSP deployment

  and managing large-scale

  fiber network projects

  .
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams of

  10+ TLs and Circle Coordinators

  .
• Expertise in

  transport technologies

  like

  SDH

  ,

  OTN

  ,

  CEN

  , and

  OLT

  .
• Strong understanding of

  migrations

  ,

  network upgrades

  , and

  capacity management

  .
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as
