Urgent Hiring for L2 Support Executive for Telecom Industry

Job Location :

Salary :

Experience :

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Technical support role, preferably with a focus n internet or network issues.

- Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and diagnostic tools.

- Experience with common operating systems Windows, Linux) and network services.

- Experience in a Call centre / Chat process is also preferable

Technical Expertise :

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or other networking and support certifications.

Troubleshooting Skills :

Ability: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex internet connectivity issues.

Tools: Familiarity with tools for network analysis and monitoring (e.g., Ping, Traceroute, etc).
