Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices align with federal and state laws and regulations. This includes working closely with internal HR teams and external auditors to guarantee HR processes comply with legal requirements. You will conduct regular reviews of HR policies to ensure compliance and stay updated on federal and state labor laws, such as EEOC, VETS, AAP, and SOC/SOX. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR teams to implement corrective actions for any compliance gaps and monitor compliance metrics, including audit findings. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in HR compliance and audit or a related field. A deep understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
