What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Unreal Engine programmers
• Architect and implement core gameplay systems, tools, and pipelines
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to bring features to life
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across platforms
• Guide the technical vision for our upcoming titles

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development
• Strong expertise in C++ and engine architecture
• At least

  1 shipped title

  in a senior or lead engineering role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-platform development (PC, console, mobile)
• Familiarity with version control, networking, and performance profiling
• Passion for high-quality visuals and gameplay innovation
