Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. - Impressive portfolio showcasing user-centric UX and visually appealing UI designs, particularly on mobile and tablet devices. - Proficient in visual design fundamentals such as typography, layout, iconography, and color theory. - Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms. - Proven track record of collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. - Background in graphic design and illustration is advantageous. - Personal interest in journaling, digital planning, or creative pursuits like art, sketching, lettering, or stationery is a plus.
