Job Description- Lead Treasury-Finance
1) Coordinate with Bank for Working Capital and Project Financing Management
2) Treasury Operations, Cash Flow Management, FOREX Operations & Financial Planning
3) Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Analysis of Financial reports
4) Addressing and Implementing policies and procedures to facilitate financial controls.
5) Coordinating with Credit Rating agencies and other related agencies for certificates
6) Coordinating with Auditors relating to their respective functions.
7) Receivables and Payables Management, MIS reporting, RBI Compliances such as EDPMS, IDPMS
8) Working Knowledge of opening of FLC, ILC, BG with Banks
9) Knowledge of ODI and related RBI ODI Compliances
1) Negotiating Skills
2) Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
3) Deep understanding of Financial & Accounting Processes
4) Good Knowledge of Data analysis and risk assessment
5) Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
6) Process orientation & Problem solving.
MBA with 10 yrs of relevant experience or a CA qualified with 5 Years of relevant experience in Treasury
