Lead Transport Planner

Role Overview: You will be working as a Lead Transport Planner at Jacobs, where you will be challenged to solve critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, and more. Your main responsibility will be to ensure quality project delivery in the transport planning department. You should have a good understanding of transport planning and be a team player as well as a task manager. Your role will involve close coordination with the lead office project manager, delivery team, and project reviewer. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience in using standard microscopic/mesoscopic transport modelling packages and recognized transport appraisal techniques - Demonstrate advanced knowledge in VISSIM and experience in Linsig/SIDRA software to produce clear, precise, and coherent traffic analysis reports - Preferably have experience with Aimsun, EMME, MapInfo, and Cube - Work as a functional team/group lead - Apply relevant transport modelling experience in other regions such as APAC/UK/USA/ME - Work both independently and as part of a sophisticated multi-disciplinary team to solve problems under challenging workloads - Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Transportation Planning/Engineering Additional Details: At Jacobs, they value people and offer a balance of belonging, career growth, and lifestyle to consistently exceed clients" expectations.
