Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Training Coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training and placement operations.
Plan, monitor, and track daily training schedules, attendance, and performance reports.
Oversee end-to-end coordination with freelance trainers including onboarding, evaluation, and invoice processing.
Drive 100% utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training tools across batches.
Conduct regular audits of training and placement documentation to ensure process compliance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely program delivery.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly and project-specific performance targets.
Prepare and present progress and audit reports to management.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in
training operations, coordination, or L&D project management
.
Strong
team leadership
and
people management
skills.
Hands-on experience with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
or digital training platforms.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
,
Google Sheets
, and reporting tools.
Excellent
communication, organizational, and analytical
abilities.
Experience in managing
freelance trainer networks
will be an added advantage.
Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
Immediate joiners preferred.
