Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting voice and accent training sessions for both new hires and existing employees. Your role will involve training participants on pronunciation, intonation, syllable stress, articulation, grammar, and cultural aspects of communication. Additionally, you will assist employees with English language development and improvement of communication skills, coach new hires during pre-process and communication training phases, and support ongoing development through on-floor feedback and refresher sessions. You will also collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to promote continuous improvement, customize training content based on individual and team needs, maintain training records, prepare progress reports, and share insights with stakeholders. Monitoring calls and providing feedback to agents on the floor, staying updated with industry trends and training techniques, and creating plans of action for the bottom quartile to ensure their advancement along the learning curve will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees. - Train participants on pronunciation, intonation, syllable stress, articulation, grammar, and cultural aspects of communication. - Assist employees with English language development and improvement of communication skills. - Coach new hires during pre-process and communication training phases. - Support ongoing development through on-floor feedback and refresher sessions. - Calibrate with Quality and Operations teams to promote continuous improvement. - Customize training content based on individual and team needs. - Maintain training records, prepare progress reports, and share insights with stakeholders. - Monitor calls and provide feedback to agents on the floor. - Stay updated with industry trends and training techniques. - Create plans of action for the bottom quartile and ensure their advancement along the learning curve. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Voice and Accent Training, preferably in BPO or corporate settings. - Strong command of English with expertise in American Neutral accent. - Proven skills in training delivery, curriculum design, and coaching. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Office, and remote platforms. - Flexibility to work in US shifts. - Ability to train international clients and support B2B workflow. - Certification in Voice and Accent Training. - Exposure to International Voice Process.
