- 5+ years of experience in internal BPO
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training language voice and accent in international BPO
- Minimum 2 years of international calling experience
- Conducted a minimum of 70 language, voice and accent training batches
Experience in call auditing, coaching and feedback for a minimum of 1 year in an International voice process with extensive focus on language and call handling skills
