Lead Technology Specialist - ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM

The Lead Technology Specialist - ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM position in Bangalore requires an experienced CMDB Technical Analyst to be a part of the Information Management (IM) function. The primary responsibilities include administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring CMDB data integrity & robustness, and working closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and process owners within IT. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills to gather, analyze, and launch requirements related to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Asset areas. Additionally, the candidate will work in an international, distributed, and multi-functional team with an agile mindset and methodology. The qualified candidate should have 8-10 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with a focus on ServiceNow experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering, along with experience in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The candidate should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components, experience in defining and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures, and managing CI data in a ServiceNow CMDB. Key qualifications for success in this role include collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the CMDB, experience in Agile Methodology, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ITIL certification, and strong experience in ITIL processes. Additionally, being a Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) with expertise in CMDB Fundamentals and ITOM Discovery is preferred.
