seasoned and experienced Techno-Functional ODOO ERP 18 Consultant cum Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End ODOO ERP 18 Implementation:

  Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, customization, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.

• Customization & Development:

  Customize existing ODOO modules and develop new modules as per business needs using Python and other supporting languages/technologies.

• Integration & Data Migration:

  Develop and execute integration solutions between ODOO ERP and third-party applications. Handle seamless data migration from legacy systems such as Tally to ODOO.

• Technical Leadership & Support:

  Provide strategic technical guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Resolve functional and technical issues quickly and effectively.

• Mobile & Desktop App Development:

  Design and deploy supporting mobile and desktop applications aligned with ERP functionality.

• System Maintenance & Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor ERP system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement system upgrades and patches.

• I.T Infrastructure Management:

  Oversee overall IT functions for the business, including network, hardware, software, data security, and user support.

Required Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Computer Science

  Information Technology

  Engineering

  , or related technical fields.
• Certifications in

  Odoo ERP

  ,

  Python

  , or

  ERP Systems

  (Preferred).

Experience & Skills Required:

• 7+ years

  of overall experience in ERP systems development and deployment.

• 5+ years

  of specific experience working with ODOO ERP (preferably version 14 and above; must have hands-on with version 18).
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  ,

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  JavaScript

  , and

  XML

  .
• Proven experience in

  van sales distribution ERP design

  within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of ODOO’s functional modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
  
• Experience with

  mobile and desktop app development

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  API integration

  and data migration from tools like

  Tally

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
