Job Description

Work with product managers, UX, engineers, and customer support to develop excellent documentation for a variety of audiences. Deliver clear, concise, and well-structured documentation such as API reference docs, conceptual and task-based feature guides, tutorials, and release notes. Advocate for the developer experience, reducing friction points with excellent documentation. Design, draft and edit both internal and external technical and process documentation. Review, edit, and update existing documentation Update technical guides and product screenshots. Experience writing and managing content with CMS authoring tools. Ability to plan and research to understand the technical details of new products and features to create original technical documentation. Experience with common languages/frameworks like HTML, Markdown, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON. Experience writing for globalisation and accessibility. Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
