Job Description

Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions tailored to specific roles. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skillsets and cultural fit. Drive senior and leadership-level hiring for tech positions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future roles. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication. Keep up with industry trends and leverage data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process. Collaborate with the TA team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. What we expect from you: 6-8 years of experience in tech recruiting in B2B SaaS, agencies or tech product companies. Strong knowledge of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies and in-demand skill sets. Experience in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring needs. Strong sourcing skills, with experience using a variety of tools and platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
