Lead Structural & Piping Engineer

• Lead and manage the Structural & Piping Design and Detailing teams.
• Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings, isometrics, and layout drawings.
• Ensure design accuracy, compliance with codes, and adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate between piping, structural, civil, and mechanical disciplines.
• Perform design validation and clash detection to ensure constructability.
• Supervise team performance, project deliverables, and drawing schedules.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers.
• Support during client reviews, design audits, and technical meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in both Piping Engineering and Structural Detailing roles.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD 2D Detailing/Drafting.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel design, fabrication, and erection drawings.
• In-depth understanding of piping layouts, supports, and material specifications.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and project quality control procedures.
• Excellent team-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 6+ years of combined experience in Piping Engineering and Structural Detailing.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, or Process Plant projects preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
