Lead - Strategy & Social Media

As the Brand Repositioning & Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in redefining and enhancing our company's brand identity to align with evolving industry trends and client needs. Your creative leadership will drive innovative thinking across all aspects of our business, overseeing the development of captivating campaigns on various platforms such as social media, websites, client presentations, and other marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing compelling storytelling strategies to engage target audiences, boost brand visibility, and drive meaningful engagement. Collaborating with sales and business development teams, you will create impactful client presentations that showcase our design and manufacturing capabilities in unique and engaging ways. Leading the social media team, you will curate and post creative content, build an online community, and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive engagement. You will also oversee the transformation of our website to reflect the redefined brand identity, ensuring a seamless user experience and impactful messaging. In addition, you will work closely with departments such as Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure brand consistency and creativity across all touchpoints. Your role will also involve bringing fresh ideas to internal branding initiatives, fostering a creative and collaborative company culture. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in brand repositioning, creative leadership, or strategic marketing roles, preferably within the Medtech, Healthcare, or Design & Manufacturing sectors. Exceptional creativity, the ability to think outside the box, and expertise in presentation design are essential. A deep understanding of market trends and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies will be key to success. Your outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills will enable you to rally cross-functional teams around creative ideas effectively.
