Collaboration with HR Business Partners and talent acquisition teams will be essential in facilitating smooth transitions for interns to full-time employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing various HR processes and initiatives, analyzing attrition data, and providing support for onboarding and induction activities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with an MBA in HR preferred. A minimum of 4 to 8 years of HR domain experience and a proven track record in project management, particularly in leading large-scale HR projects, will be beneficial.
