Lead Specialist GES PSC

As a Senior Expert GES PSC at dsm-firmenich, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end P2P matters and enhancing procurement processes across 14 locations. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as the daily point of contact for all P2P matters, liaising between requisitioners, team leads, budget holders, buyers, suppliers, and PSC Operational teams. - Participating in customer management meetings, presenting a unified point of contact to the customer. - Maintaining gatekeeping standards, guiding stakeholders on procurement channels and vendor selections. - Providing second-line support to purchasing and AP specialists, handling escalated tickets, and managing complaint resolution. - Creating and maintaining vendor master data, conducting training for requisitioners, and supporting key users. - Leveraging data analytics to optimize P2P processes and initiating process improvement programs and projects within PSC. - Coordinating small-scale changes aligned with process improvement plans and authorizing changes to the P2P process. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are required to have: - Commercial education and mindset - Experience in customer-facing roles and cooperation with different organization types and hierarchy levels - Proven track record in dealing with P2P systems - University or higher educational graduate level - Fluency in French (written & oral) and a B2 Certification in German is preferred - Knowledge of purchasing applications, good communication skills, and understanding of Master Data Management concepts. dsm-firmenich offers a supportive and diverse environment where personal growth is encouraged.
