Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Lead Software Engineer. The role involves leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of back-end solutions, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient software development practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing object-oriented programming principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. The Lead Software Engineer will also work closely with project stakeholders to deliver technology-driven outcomes that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications.
• Architect and maintain robust backend services using

  Node.js (Express/NestJS).

• Drive end-to-end mobile development using Flutter with attention to performance and UX.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to achieve technical excellence.
• Ensure high standards of software security, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate from Tier 1 college.

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar frameworks).
• Solid experience with

  Flutter for mobile app development.

• Proven track record of leading small to mid-sized tech teams.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in startups or product-based companies.
• Exposure to GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database design (SQL and NoSQL).
