Lead Software Engineer- Product Development

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to drive our core product development initiatives. This role involves leading a team of engineers in building scalable, enterprise-grade platforms, integrating AI/ML models, and delivering high-impact software solutions. You will have end-to-end ownership of product development, from architecture to release. Requirements: Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of core software platforms and automation tools. Develop scalable and maintainable enterprise-grade applications. Optimize core algorithms and data structures for performance and efficiency. Ensure high-quality, clean code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science. Skills and Qualifications: Strong programming skills in Java, C++, or Python. Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design. Proficient in Git and modern collaborative development workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Preferred: Experience deploying machine learning models in production. Familiarity with microservices architecture and SaaS product development.
