Position Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Software Engineer who can energize and guide a team of brilliant engineers while driving rapid, high-quality product development using AI and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack developmentDrive technical strategy and architectural decisions for EDMO's product portfolioFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellenceManage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelinesCollaborate closely with product management and design teamsGuide technical hiring and team scaling decisionsEnsure code quality, security, and performance standardsLead technical discussions with university clients and stakeholdersDrive adoption of best practices, tools, and development methodologies

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles

Must have

: Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams

Must have

: Experience energizing and motivating senior engineers to achieve exceptional resultsStrong technical background in multiple domains (AI/ML, web development, cloud platforms)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practicesExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with performance management, career development, and team buildingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B technology companiesBackground in AI/ML or emerging technologiesExperience scaling teams from startup to growth stageKnowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and integrationsMBA or advanced degree in technology or businessTrack record of successful product launches and customer implementations
